I alway thought I was too fat, not strong enough, not fast enough, etc.
For most of my younger life I was slightly overweight and not at all angling direct student discount athletic.
But as its progressed I realise that my goals are changing.
I feel better, sleep better, am more productive, and enjoy my workouts more.
